Shipping & Returns

We ship our mead and other products with Australia Post.  Orders are shipped within 2 business days. You will be provided a tracking number for shipping. Please allow a few days for delivery and longer if you are in a remote location or on the other side of Australia. (Western Australia can be 2 weeks sometimes, if you live in WA or somewhere remote and would like it faster, contact us for a quote on Express Post)

What do to if damage in transit:

In the unlikely event there is any breakage in transport we need to be notified ASAP, ideally within 24 hours in order to make an insurance claim with the courier.

Retain all packaging of item damaged in transit as photos may be required.

If your item was delivered through Australia Post please bring the item and packaging to an Australia Post branch along with your Honey Wines Australia invoice to lodge an insurance claim.


As mead or honey is a food item there can be no returns.  If your item is a special order sent direct from the supplier, it also can have no returns.

All other items, returns are subject to approval on a case by case basis.


Product failures are assessed on a case by case basis. In most cases the item will need to be returned or posted back to us.
