This semi-sweet watermelon mead is produced from raw honey from the Hunter Valley region of NSW.
You might also be able to smell and taste some strawberries, that’s because we put some in too.
Honey used in our meads have been filtered but otherwise untouched.
This particular mead is 14% alcohol and comes in a 750ml bottle.
Our bees visited around one million flowers to create this bottle of mead and flew approximately 44,000km.
Some fruit pulp can settle if the bottle is sitting for extended periods, invert bottle before serving.
Free shipping for orders over $200.
We use a tiny amount of potassium metabisulfite to sterilise wild yeast in honey before fermentation starts (as we like raw unheated honey), probably not enough to even worth mentioning but we put it on the label just in case.
