This batch of mead was bottled 11/2/26 and contains edible sparkly cocktail glitter.
This sweet mead is produced from raw honey from the Hunter Valley region of NSW.
Whether you’re a wine drinker and looking for something new or you’re a seasoned veteran of mead I’m still pretty sure you’ll never have tried a Turkish Delight mead before.
Honey used in our meads have been filtered but otherwise untouched.
This particular mead is 12% alcohol and comes in a 500ml bottle.
Bees visited around one million flowers to create this bottle of mead and flew approximately 44,000km.
We use a tiny amount of potassium metabisulfite to sterilise wild yeast in honey before fermentation starts (as we like raw, unheated honey), probably not enough to even be worth mentioning, but we put it on the label just in case.
