Credaro Kinship Chardonnay 2021
Pale yellow with green hue. A fragrant bouquet of white flowers, nectarine and pear with underlying cashew and citrus notes. Lovely toasty oak florals help lift to white flower bouquet. The palate is medium-full bodied with stone fruit, white blossom, and zesty citrus flavours with creamy nougat characters from lees influence. Dense oak sweetness adds to the richness and length on the palate. Fine saline acidity gives the wine depth and length, finishing with rich white blossom and chewy oak. A pure and pristine palate of Margaret River Chardonnay.

2022 Morgan’s Reserve Sauvignon Blanc
Crisp, lively and slightly green, which is apparent in its colour and subtle grassy aromas. Rounded tropical fruit flavours of passionfruit and guava dominate the palate with a lively freshness, as a good sauvignon blanc should. The acidity is vibrant, yet well balanced by the fruit finishing with a crisp zest.
2022 Margan Verdelho
Aroma – Lifted tropical lychee and guava characters with hints of lime and green apple. Palate – Full and balanced with ripe fruit characters, finishing with tangy fresh acid and lingering spice
2020 Masottina Prosecco DOC Rose
This wine expresses all the elegance of Pinot Noir, from its bright pink colour to its aroma, which includes clear fragrant hints of wild strawberries, raspberries, red currants and cherries, enhanced by white pulp peaches, apricots and a floral touch. Fresh on the palate, where fruit predominates. This wine is elegant, pleasantly fruity and delicate, but full of personality.
2021 Chateau Auzias Laude Rose
An exceptional wine that reveals great aromatic freshness underlined by notes of fresh and juicy blackberries on the palate, in the purest tradition of southern French Rosé.

NV Duc D’Henry Sparkling Blanc de Blancs
We don’t get to see much organic French sparkling wine (aside from Champagne) here in Australia, which makes this Duc D’Henry a wonderful and welcome outlier. Why is this bubbly so delicious and yet inexpensive? Well it comes down to the young vineyard, which is still finding its feet. But it also means you get a bargain – a crisp, gently fruity French sparkling wine that combines just enough generosity with real flavour depth. What a steal!

2021 Terre di Rai Pinot Grigio
It is presented in the glass of a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, with low coloring intensity and beautiful vivacity of color, increased by a light pétillant that develops lightly in the glass. The nose expresses, first of all, floral notes of acacia and small yellow wildflowers, to develop, then, in fruity notes reminiscent of yellow peach drowned in white wine, apricot, ripe pineapple, lemon, and slight notes of yeast. Finally, brackish mineral hints follow, which are combined with those of aromatic herbs such as thyme. Sip that highlights a graceful body, with freshness and flavor that attack the taste buds in a homogeneous and synchronous way. The closure, however, is to the advantage of the flavor that leaves a roasted peanut closure in the mouth.
2021 La Guardiense Falanghina Sannio DOC
Straw yellow color, characteristic fruity aroma and notable intensity. Sensations of acidity and minerality progressively increase giving a balanced and pleasant taste. This will pair perfectly with a range of dishes. Lighter appetizers, gnocchi with tomato, pasta and zucchini, risotto and timbales of rice, fish and meat carpaccio, caprese with buffalo mozzarella, shellfish, fish dishes, and an excellent accompaniment to zuchinni.
2021 Wild & Wilder The Courtesan Riesling
A crisp, tangy and dry white wine with the typical Clare Riesling character of citrus, blossom and mineral hints. Deliciously juicy on the palate with wonderful, floral citrus fruit and mouthwatering freshness.

Coulter Wines Reserve Chardonnay 2022
The fruit for this wine came from two cold sites at Gumeracha in the Adelaide Hills. Bernard 95 “Chablis” clone Chardonnay was pressed directly to fine grain French Oak with zero sulphur additions to undergo a full solids barrel ferment. Post ferment the barrels were topped, sulphured, and allowed to mature for 5 months prior to racking, blending, and bottling. The wine is showing all the hallmarks of premium cool climate Chardonnay, white nectarine, lemon peel, oatmeal, and nougat aromas. A full, concentrated pallet with wonderful depth and complexity all framed with bright acidity. Drink 2023 to 2032.
