Ordinarily, we do not recommend mead with ice as it dilutes it when the ice melts. This mead, however, is specifically made to go with ice, so it is more concentrated in flavour and sweetness; it may be too sweet if consumed straight without ice. If even with ice you still find it too sweet, you can try a dash of lemon juice.
Invert the bottle before serving to mix any settled ingredients.
Contains some sulphites.
