Vanilla bean mead/honey wine, with vanilla bean included!
This mead flavour was originally a limited edition but has proved so popular we are bringing it into our permanent range.
Vanilla adds to the honey flavour of the mead without overpowering it.
12% alcohol. 750ml wine bottle.
The photo is shown without a label to show the vanilla bean, it will come with a label. Many ‘vanilla’ products use artificial vanilla flavouring, for this reason, we kept the bean in to prove it’s genuine. When we took this photo we were originally only putting in half beans, however we soon switched to full-size beans.
The bean is sliced down the middle to expose the flavour. This will leave sediment on the bottom of the bottle which is completely edible however if you don’t like the sight of it, it can be strained out with a fine mesh strainer such as a tea strainer. We believe you will agree with us that the sacrifice in visual clarity for the flavour will be a fair trade.
