Creamed Honey 500g

Creamed honey ordered in summer is possible to melt and return to liquid honey during transit

500g Raw Creamed Hunter Valley/Lake Macquarie Honey.

Creamed honey is crystalised honey that the crystals have been ground smooth by machine or mortar and pestle. The result being spreadable honey with a fluffy buttery smooth texture.

Store in the fridge

After being creamed this honey has also been whipped, which is what gives it the white colour.

This honey will not form jagged crunchy crystals over time like normal honey as it is technically already crystalised.

This honey is supplied by our bees from hives scattered between Lake Macquarie the Hunter Valley.

Unlike store-bought honey, raw honey has not been heat-treated in any way and retains all it’s nutrients.

Fun fact: It takes 4 million flowers to produce 1KG of honey.
