It’s now the season for bees to swarm. Bees swarm by raising up a new Queen when their hive is getting full, when the new Queen hatches the old Queen takes half the hive with her and leaves.
We can collect swarms in our local area in Lake Macquarie (within about 10 minutes drive from Toronto). If you have a bee swam you think we can collect give us a call.
Swarm must be within reach of a step ladder and be in a cluster that looks the size of a football.
If the swarm is in your roof or other difficult to reach location we cannot help you.
